Our Saskatoon/Rhubarb jam is made with our finest saskatoon berries and rhubarb from our home-grown rhubarb patch. Like all of our products, our jam is made by hand in small batches with care that you can taste in the jar. Enjoy this jam with your traditional morning fare over toast, a bagel or into your favourite yogurt, or use it as a topping for ice cream. Just a few ideas of how you can enjoy this jam.

Our Saskatoon Pie Filling is perfect for those who cannot enjoy our regular pies which are made with wheat and lard ingredients. No matter the reason, our pie filling is the very same we put into our regular pies, just minus the pastry. Make your own crust, or enjoy as a topping over ice cream or other foods. Either way it is delicious!

At Solstice Berry Farm we love rhubarb and it shows in our Strawberry/Rhubarb jam. Our version is a little more tart than others you may have tried. We really feel like we’ve hit the right balance between the sweetness of the strawberries and the tartness of the rhubarb. If you love the strawberry/rhubarb combination, you’re going to love this jam.
