At Solstice Berry Farm we love rhubarb and it shows in our Strawberry/Rhubarb jam. Our version is a little more tart than others you may have tried. We really feel like we’ve hit the right balance between the sweetness of the strawberries and the tartness of the rhubarb. If you love the strawberry/rhubarb combination, you’re going to love this jam.

Our saskatoon syrup is a decadent treat over pancakes, waffles, crepe’s, cheese cake or ice cream. Or try making an Italian soda by adding some syrup to a glass of club soda and ice. Makes a nice light refreshing summer-time drink with friends on the patio!

Either way, this jam is delicious. This jam is packed with our premium saskatoon berries, along with some of our no sugar added saskatoon juice, some lemon juice and Xylitol as our sweetening agent.

Our Saskatoon dessert topping is a perfect addition to a bowl of French vanilla ice cream or drizzled over top of a scrumptious slice of cheese cake. Our topping is made with our premium whole saskatoon berries and has a sauce made so that it can be poured or spooned over a variety of desserts. Simply delicious!
