Saskatoon pie is hands down, many people’s favorite berry pie.  The sweetness of the berries combined with the apple and almond flavour is absolutely delightful.  We make our pies completely from scratch made with berries from our orchard.  The filling and the pastry crust all made by hand to our exacting standards using the finest ingredients makes for one awesome pie you’ll be excited to serve to your family and friends.  Our pies are frozen ready to bake.  They only take 50-60 minutes to bake up and that way you get the freshest tasting pie and as added bonus it makes the house smell wonderful!  We even had a gentleman tell us that he entered our pie in a contest a few years ago and he won!  We weren’t sure to be flattered or offended.   Our 8″ pie will serve 5 people.  Or just 1 if they’re really hungry!
