Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Solstice Berry Farm Saskatoons (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup Vanilla or plain yogurt (or whatever you have)
- 1/2 banana
- Honey to taste (try 1 tbsp)
Directions

Blend all of the above using a hand blender, kitchen blender or a single-serving blender.

Cook's Note:
Saskatoons also go really great with raspberries and strawberries and when blended together the color of the smoothie is fantastic. Try using a whole banana and add some flax seed oil to the mix to really make this a powerhouse meal. Low fat yogurt and skim milk are also great choices for those who are making extra healthy choices!
