Shipping Policy

At this time we do not offer any shipping services but only provide for local pickup and delivery of our orders in and around the Calgary area.

Pickup

Local pickup is always free.  You are welcome to come out to our farm to pickup your order.  Just pick a date at checkout time and we will confirm the pickup date with you  (just to make sure we are home at that time).

Delivery

For delivery in and around Calgary and the local surrounding areas (which include Airdrie, Banff, Canmore, Carstairs, Cochrane, Crossfield, Didsbury, Innisfail, Okotoks, Olds, Strathmore, and Sundre),  delivery days are Tuesday’s and Saturday’s from 9am to 8pm.

Delivery is free for all orders over $50.  There is a nominal charge for all deliveries under $50

Checkout

During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to select whether you prefer to pickup your order or have us deliver it.

As you proceed through checkout, and you will be able to check the total order value (including any delivery costs) before you complete the transaction.

We currently provide a 4 different payment methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery (COD), and E-transfer.

Returns / Refund Policy

We want you to be happy when you purchase any of our products and we stand behind our products 100%.  If for some reason you are not satisified,  please let us know and we will do our best to make it right by either replacing the product or refunding your money within 14 days of purchase.

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.Please be aware that due to CFIA hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.Returns process:

  1. Please email us with your order number and details of which product/s you would like to return.
  2. Customer Services will send you a Return Authorization (RA) form.
  3. Please complete the RA form, and return with the products to the address below.  Please ensure that you get proof of postage.

  4. We will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method. If your card has expired in the mean time you need to email us to arrange a different refund method.
