Our saskatoon syrup is made the old-fashioned way using a full sugar recipe and is made from our cold-pressed 100% pure saskatoon berry juice. Add in some sugar and lemon juice and there you have it.  A thick and rich syrup that goes with any number of foods.  Because it’s so rich, you don’t need much.  A little goes a long way.  In addition to the suggestions above, you can try adding some to tea to make a saskatoon tea. Or how about making a glaze for ham, chicken, or pork?  See our receipe pages for some ideas.

    If you are a jelly fan, then this is the jelly for you!  Made exclusively from our cold pressed Saskatoon juice, our jelly has no fruit pulp or seeds.  It has a smooth almost creamy texture, so it is sure to satisfy.   Lots of fresh berry taste and the vibrant purple color and the sweet apple – almond flavour is perfect complement to a freshly toasted piece of bread or bagel.  We only make our jelly once a year as a special treat for our Christmas market customers, so we have a very limited supply.  If you are wanting jelly, then order some soon, as once it’s gone it’s gone.
