Our Saskatoon dessert topping is a perfect addition to a bowl of French vanilla ice cream or drizzled over top of a scrumptious slice of cheese cake. Our topping is made with our premium whole saskatoon berries and has a sauce made so that it can be poured or spooned over a variety of desserts. Simply delicious!

Our dessert topping is similar to our pie filling but a little thinner in consistency so that it can be poured over other foods with ease. We use our finest berries to prepare this topping and it is particularly excellent with ice cream and cheesecake. However, you can use it with whatever you like. Some other ideas include: smoothies, milkshakes, pancakes, waffles, crepes, etc. The list is endless really.

modified corn starch, sodium benzoate (as a preservative).
If you are a jelly fan, then this is the jelly for you! Made exclusively from our cold pressed Saskatoon juice, our jelly has no fruit pulp or seeds. It has a smooth almost creamy texture, so it is sure to satisfy. Lots of fresh berry taste and the vibrant purple color and the sweet apple – almond flavour is perfect complement to a freshly toasted piece of bread or bagel. We only make our jelly once a year as a special treat for our Christmas market customers, so we have a very limited supply. If you are wanting jelly, then order some soon, as once it’s gone it’s gone.
If you love saskatoons and you love rhubarb, then get ready to have your mind blown. This is such a classic combination and is our favourite here on the farm. The sweetness of the saskatoon berry combined with the tartness of the rhubarb makes this pie irresistible.
What do you get with you take our great Saskatoon jam and mix in some hot Thai red chilies? You get absolutely amazing! This jam will take your party appetizers to the next level. Try a dollap of this jam over a cracker and a piece of cheese. It’s OMG good!
Our Saskatoon Pie Filling is perfect for those who cannot enjoy our regular pies which are made with wheat and lard ingredients. No matter the reason, our pie filling is the very same we put into our regular pies, just minus the pastry. Make your own crust, or enjoy as a topping over ice cream or other foods. Either way it is delicious!
